Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Create your business, add an event and slots, connect a payment provider, and you're ready to share your booking link.
How do refunds work?
Turn on cancellations per event and set a cutoff. Customers cancel some or all of their tickets, and the ticket price is refunded to their original payment, prorated. Checked-in and already-invoiced tickets can't be refunded, so your books always reconcile.
How do customers pay, and when do I get the money?
Checkout runs through PayU. Each business connects its own merchant account, so payouts settle directly to you, not through us.
Can I brand the booking page as my own?
Yes. Set your logo, colors and business name. Customers book on a page that feels like yours, not a shared marketplace.
What happens if two people book the last slot at once?
Availability is checked and locked atomically at the moment of booking, so the slot is never oversold. The second buyer sees an accurate "not available" instead of a broken payment.
